IATA Training
In this interactive session, the instructors will cover classification of dangerous goods, use of packing instructions, marking and labeling, and completion of appropriate documentation. Examples from the life science industry will be used throughout the course and certificates will be issued upon completion of the final exam. All participants MUST have the latest edition of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (not included in the price of the course) prior to the course.

Dean Calhoun is an American Board of Industrial Hygiene Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). He has been an environmental health and safety professional for over 22 years, and has significant experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
Dean has spoken for a number of professional organizations including the Colorado Safety Association, the Bay Area Environmental Safety Group, the National Association for Environmental Management, the National Safety Council, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
